I work for Servpro Saint Cloud and we were on our way to Brook park when we got a flat tire. Our job is really time sensitive and I called the closest repair shop which is Northland Auto Center explained the situation and they were able to get us in right away took maybe half an hour and we were back in our way. Great fast service and very friendly people!

I’ve had very few issues with any of the dozen vehicles I have owned from this dealership and when an issue does occur they have been resolved quickly and with minimal cost. Northland Auto Center is not your typical automotive sales location. You are treated with honesty and respect and his team of technicians are equally talented in their ability to keep your vehicle running smoothly and road worthy. I’ve sent many friends and family to Northland and they too have been very satisfied with their vehicles and the service they have received. I’ll be doing business with Northland as long as I can drive.

From initial contact to post sale, definitely the best experience I have had buying a used car, and I have bought plenty. We drove an hour and half to go look at a car and it wasn't quite right at first, but we put money down on it because they seem trustworthy and they made everything right when we went to pick it up. We will definitely check them out first to see what they have before purchasing another vehicle in the future.

As we all know, purchasing a vehicle can be a stressful event. At Northland, the staff really does make it the very best experience possible. When Mark shook my hand and gave me his word that Northland will stand behind the vehicle we purchased, he was not kidding. The very minor issues that we encountered, were corrected immediately and without any hesitation. Then to top it off, Mark came to the rescue and assisted my college age daughter after she was involved in an accident. Going above and beyond for a customer, while they were in need.
